GUARANTEE:
If you complete one to three coaching sessions, and are not satisfied with the quality of service you receive, we will refund whatever portion of the fee you feel is fair. There is a no-refund policy for the tele-classes, beyond any three sessions package, or for our projected local seminars. You may take the tele-classes or other seminars at another time when they are offered in the future. There is a no-refund policy on resumes, however, you will be given an ample opportunity: up to three drafts to accommodate your needs provided that you write down your suggestions on the drafts and have provided us with accurate information. For any type of books, reports, work sheets or any other product, there is a 30-day return policy minus shipping costs.
OUR EMAIL POLICY:
We respect the privacy of our clients and thank you for providing us with permission to use your e-mail. We will not give or sell you email address. The only exception to this rule is if we sell our business.
If you
have received an email or have been contacted in any other manner
by, we have done so because you have:
1. Subscribed to one of our potentially slated newsletters or
discussion lists.
2. Requested a copy of one or more of our forms.
3. Purchased material or a program.
4. Asked us to contact you by our web site or any other means.

clients' individual requirements, limitations, and personal
boundaries. We will remain constructive and instrumental in any
feedback or exchange between us and will put first the well being
and expressed desires of our clients, and at no time, our own
self-interest or personal gain as it pertains to our partnership.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Career Transition Success agrees to maintain the confidentiality of
our clients and our relationship. We will hold confidential the
names of our clients, information about their personal and/or
professional life, colleagues, or related parties. We will not share
your personal information with anyone, unless we have received
permission by email, any other means, or unless we are ordered by a
court of law. We adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality.
PROFESSIONAL PLEDGE:
Career Transition Success will provide services to our clients only
in the areas of our expertise. We will not offer guidance, advice,
or counsel in any area in which we are not qualified. If it becomes
apparent that the client has challenges or problems that are beyond
our expertise, we will request that the client seek advice, counsel,
or services from a qualified professional for help them in that area.
We reserve the right to terminate the relationship until the client
has done so if the challenge or problem impedes the forward
movement of the process.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
Each coach of Career Transition Success pledge to continually pursue
our individual professional development as a trained coach, experienced consultant, and
certified trainer by making a commitment to our personal growth
and exploration, maintaining a connection to the professional
community and participating in related classes, workshops,
seminars, conferences or conventions each year.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:
The website, the products, the advice, and the coaching and resume services provided by Career Transition Success, its affiliates, and its personnel, are provided "as
is" with no warranty. Career Success Transition, its affiliates, and its personnel expressly disclaim
any warranty or successful outcome related to one's career, job, or
any other goal or personal situation express or implied, regarding
the site and such services, advice, coaching, resume writing,
products, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose or non-infringement and implied warranties
arising from the course of our relationship or the course of performance, without

Career Transition Success acts in the capacity as a "coach" for the
purpose of advising and counseling the client with respect to career
seeking skills, communication skills, business and professional
objectives, networking skills, interpersonal relationships and/or a
structure for identifying and achieving job goals. The coaches have
experience in such matters and agrees to render such services. The
coaches agree that they are not an "Employment Agent," "Business
Manager," "Financial Analyst," or "Psychotherapist," and
they have not
promised, shall not be obligated to, and will not (1) procure or
attempt to procure any employment, business or sales for the client;
or (2) perform any business function such as accounting services,
advice on tax matters or the investment of funds or other advice; or
(3) will not act as a therapist, counseling the client on or
providing psychoanalysis, group therapy, or behavioral therapy.

personnel, and coaches do not warrant that the services provided by

exemplary damages arising from any provision of this agreement.
The client, in consideration of a payment for coaching, resume
writing, and
any other products, services, advice, and/or, web site use (www.careertransitionsuccess.net) does hereby remise, release, and forever discharge Career Transition Success and any and all heirs,
assigns, executors, affiliates, subscribers, writers, personnel, and
coaches from all actions, causes of action, claims and demands
whatsoever, whether or not well founded in fact or in law, and from
all suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, notes
(or bonds), bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies,
agreements, promises, trespasses, damages, judgments, executions,
claims and demands whatsoever, at law or in equity that undersigned
ever had, now has, or that the client’s heirs, executors or
administrators hereafter may have against the party hereby released
by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever up to and
including the day of the date of this release.
It is the specific intent and purpose of this instrument to release
and discharge any and all claims and causes of action of any kind or
nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown and whether specifically
mentioned or not, which may exist or might be claimed to exist at or
prior to the date of this instrument and the client specifically
waives any claim or right to assert that any cause of action or
alleged cause of action or claim or demand has been, through
oversight or error or intentionally or unintentionally, omitted from
this release.
NOTICE:
Any notice or other communication to be given hereunder will be in
writing and sent by facsimile, postpaid registered or certified
mail return receipt requested, or electronic mail.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as making either party
the partner, joint venture, agent, legal representative, employer,
or employee of the other. Neither party shall have, or hold itself
out to any third party as having, any authority to make any
statements, representations, or commitments of any kind, or to take
any action, that shall be binding on the other, except as provided
for herein or authorized in writing by the party to be bound.
This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of
the State of Maryland (excluding any rules governing choice of laws)
and any legal proceeding arising out this agreement will occur in
Montgomery County, Maryland. This agreement will be binding on and
will inure to the benefit of the legal representatives, successors
and assigns of the parties hereto. This agreement (and the policies
referenced herein and incorporated by reference) constitutes the
entire agreement between Career Transition Success and the client
with respect to the subject matter hereof, and the client has not
relied upon any promises or representations by Career Transition
Success with respect to the subject matter except as set forth
herein.
